Why are we going to Kansas City?
Kansas City is virtually at the center of our four-state Central Region. We want our journey there to be a pilgrimage, where we leave our campus “homes” and come together to hear and receive from God.   Not only was Kansas City selected for its central location, but the city offers a wide variety of recreation and service opportunities to enhance the weekend.

Where will we be staying?

Who’s all going to be there?
College students and InterVarsity staff from Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri

$135 ($50 due when you register)

What if I don’t have enough bank to cover the cost?
Talk to your IV staffworker about scholarship options.  

What if paypal isn't accepting my deposit?

I'd like to send in more of the conference fee before arriving, what should I do?
Make out a check to IVCF for the additional amount you'd like to pay and send it to the same address as above. 

What do I do during free time?
Based on feedback from last year we have slimmed down free time options. You can still choose to serve in the city for a few hours or take advantage of the many recreation options available at or near our hotel!

• City Union Mission: Head downtown to serve at this ministry committed to sharing the Gospel and meeting the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of the poor or homeless in Kansas City since 1924. ($2 bus fee)   http://www.cumission.org/About.ht

• Relax at the Hotel: Kick back with new and old friends…take a nap, do some homework (if you must), swim, play tennis or basketball. There are lots of options at this year's venue! ($0)  http://www.hiltonkci.com/

Why seminars this year?
We loved the time we had in tracks at FC07, but got so much feedback from you communicating your desire to get a taste of the other topics being covered that we decided to try something a little different. Seven seminars will be offered on Saturday and you can choose 2 of those to attend when you register. There will be a morning and afternoon seminar on Saturday on a range of topics. What should I bring?
Your bible, journal, appropriate rec clothes, modest swimwear, and extra spending money.  You won’t need bedding, towels, or even shampoo because we’ll be at a hotel!

How do I get there?
Talk to your staff and chapter leaders to coordinate your travel. 
              
How should I register?
The registration deadline is September 26.  You can register online .  Please be prepared to indicated your top seminar choices and your recreation time plans when you register We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
